Receptionist and Administration Assistant
Start Date: 2 November 2026
Pay Scale: Scale 6 (Spine Points 18-20)
Salary: £21,797 - £22,454 per annum (FTE £38,748 – £39,915)
Contract: Part-time, Term Time Only, 22 hours per week - plus 2 weeks (first and last week of the summer holidays and agreeable dates during the Easter holidays)
Working Pattern: Monday - Wednesday, 7.45 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.
The Governing Board is seeking to appoint a Receptionist and Administration Assistant to work as part of the administration team at this highly successful school.

As the first point of contact for the school, we are looking for someone who has exceptional reception and customer service skills. This post requires someone who is able to multi-task in an extremely busy school office, undertaking a range of administrative tasks and procedures whilst interacting with visitors, parents/carers, staff and pupils.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Have proven experience of working in a busy office environment
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, commitment and a positive attitude.
