In a role of critical importance to the development of excellent teaching and learning that will secure good outcomes for all our students, you will work with members of the SLT under the direction of the Principal and be responsible for Personal Development, Inclusion and Data throughout St Peter’s.You will be responsible for:• Raising standards and achievement through the securing of better than expected outcomes for vulnerable students• Raising standards and achievement through securing high engagement with Personal Development across the school• Evaluating the impact of Personal Development through the monitoring of students conduct• Monitoring progress of vulnerable students• Providing assessment data to inform strategic decisions• Providing a strategic lead for ICT• To further develop equality, diversity and inclusion across the school• To further develop spiritual, moral, cultural and social educationWe welcome applications from talented and experienced leaders.
