In a role of critical importance to the development of excellent teaching and learning that will secure good outcomes for all our students, you will work with members of the SLT under the direction of the Principal and be responsible for Behaviour and Attitudes throughout St Peter’s.You will be responsible for:• Raising standards and achievement through the securing of excellent student conduct and attendance• Monitoring student conduct and evaluating behaviour and attitudes• Monitoring student progress• School evaluation, including liaison with pastoral leaders and others, and the development of the school self-evaluation documentWe welcome applications from talented and experienced leaders. As an outstanding teacher and leader with demonstrable leadership experience, you will make a significant contribution to the leadership and success of our school.
