Applications are invited from practising Catholics and from those who are in sympathy with the aims and ethos of a Catholic school. The post will suit an Early Years Educator with a desire to work in a Nursery setting with children aged 3 to 4 years. The successful candidate will need to:provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in the Nursery work with teachers to plan and provide quality care, learning and teaching opportunities that enable children to progress make accurate and productive use of assessment demonstrate a good command of spoken and written English safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children work in partnership with colleagues, other professionals and parents/carers. • co-ordinate and manage the medical room
• administer medication
• provide medical advice and guidance to students and staff alike
• deliver training as appropriate
• provide general medical assistance at point of need
• oversee students with specific needs
The post is term time only, 36 hours per week. Typical working hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm.
