You will play a key role in school improvement and provide strategic leadership in all areas, including curriculum development, assessment, staff performance, and pastoral care.You will also act as a key point of contact for parents, governors, the Diocese, and external partners. The candidate should be passionate about making learning effective and enjoyable for our most vulnerable pupils. You do not have to be a Catholic to teach at our school; all we ask is that you uphold our Christian values. 

 

The person 

  • has a proven track record of raising outcomes for all pupils, especially those with Special Educational Needs and Disability across the school.
  • has excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills and will further develop the role of SENDCo.
