Salary: Group 3 Leadership pay range NOR: 190 (Reception to Y6)

The Governing Body is looking for a dynamic Headteacher and Designated Safeguarding lead who:

Is a committed practising Catholic, with a distinct vision of what education means for all children especially those less fortunate and who will cherish, support and enhance the Catholic ethos of our school
Is a highly motivated and dynamic leader who has the vision to drive this good school and its pupils to even greater achievement and enhanced results
Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and inspire all of our children, parents and colleagues
Has the ability to raise aspirations and achievements for all of our children and will continue the journey of raising standards started by our retiring Headteacher
Has demonstrable leadership skills and is a proven strategic thinker, with a clear vision to introduce new ideas along with the ability to identify and sustain long term improvement
Is committed to the further development of the partnership with our parish, parents, and the wider community
Has exciting ideas for the whole education of our children beyond the classroom to enrich their learning and lives outside school
