Second in Maths
English Martyrs Catholic School and Sixth Form College are seeking an ambitious and talented Maths teacher to join our school as Second in Maths. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in shaping teaching, learning and curriculum development across the department. As Second in Maths, you will support the Head of Department in the smooth running of the team, lead on curriculum design and help drive high standards of teaching and student progress. You will contribute to tracking and intervention, support staff development, and play an active role in ensuring our curriculum is engaging, challenging and continuously improving. This role is ideal for a reflective, motivated practitioner with a passion for Maths and a commitment to helping every student succeed. You will also contribute to whole‑school initiatives, enrichment opportunities, and the wider life of our Catholic school community.
