Cardinal Newman Catholic School has an exciting opportunity for a teacher of RE who shares this passion. Cardinal Newman School is an 11-19 comprehensive school, serving the Roman Catholic community in Luton and Dunstable. We are one of the most successful schools in Luton and have a thriving Sixth Form with 300 students. We have been consistently described by Ofsted as a ‘good’ school and under Section 48 as an ‘outstanding Catholic school’. We are currently looking for a dynamic, passionate and inspirational teacher who has excellent subject knowledge and is able to contribute to continued improvements in progress and student attainment to join our successful and experienced RE department. As a teacher of RE, you will play a key role delivering challenging and well-organised lessons, teaching with expertise and enthusiasm and using an appropriate range of strategies and resources. This vacancy is open to both newly qualified and experienced teachers with the ability to teach RE at KS3 and KS4. A level teaching is available for a suitably qualified candidate.
