We are looking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic and highly organised Admin Assistant to join our supportive office team at Cardinal Griffin Catholic College. This is a varied role and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing a professional and welcoming service. You will undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties and will also work as cover on our front reception, providing a warm and helpful first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff. The successful candidate will be positive, self-motivated and flexible, with strong organisational, administrative, IT and communication skills. You will need to be able to prioritise your workload, work effectively as part of a team and maintain accuracy while working within a busy school environment. Undertaking word processing and other IT-based tasks, including supporting the preparation of minutes, reports and circulars. We are a school on a journey of rapid improvement.
