Educational Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor in English
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of English Faculty Leader and the SENDCo to implement and oversee agreed work programmes with individual and small groups of students by supporting progress through intervention. This intervention will be in the form of extraction groups and in-class support. Competence in understanding and delivering GCSE English content up to grade 5 is essential. You will need to be able to work collaboratively and flexibly and build good relationships with both students and staff, demonstrating a respectful and caring attitude towards everyone in school. Experience of working with children in a school environment and having the appropriate literacy to support students is required. This role is for 32.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm, term time plus 1 day for staff training. Behaviour Coordinator
The successful candidate will work as part of our behaviour team and will be responsible for promoting the College’s behaviour system. You will manage students using efficient and effective strategies, monitoring student welfare and providing interventions and support to students in our Reflection and Inclusion rooms. You will provide a confidential, administrative and community liaison function, and you will work alongside the team to deliver comprehensive pastoral support. All Saints is an 11-16 school, situated near the northern boundary of Kirklees. Business Support Officer - Attendance
We are looking to recruit a knowledgeable and committed individual to become a Business Support Officer working in the attendance department at All Saints Catholic College. Applicants must have a sound knowledge of an administration role and be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently, and calmly, and be able to work to tight deadlines, having excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills. The successful candidate will work alongside the Attendance Officer, undertaking tasks relating to data input, customer service and reporting. Please see the context sheet for more information. Training will be given for the attendance aspects of this role, if needed. As part of the role, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly efficient service dealing with enquiries from staff, students and external agencies in a courteous, efficient and professional manner. This role is 35 hours per week during term time. Monday - Friday 8am-3.30pm. You will also work one additional day at the start of September, to attend whole school training. Business Support Officer - Student Services
We are looking to recruit a knowledgeable and committed individual to become a Business Support Officer working in the Student Services department at All Saints Catholic College. Applicants must have a sound knowledge of an administration role and be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently, and calmly, and be able to work to tight deadlines, having excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact in the school’s Student Services office. You will provide main reception duties at times and be responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly efficient customer service including dealing with enquiries from staff, students, parents, and external agencies in a courteous and professional manner. This role is 37 hours per week during term time. Monday - Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm. You will also work one additional day at the start of September, to attend whole school training. Educational Teaching Assistant
This is a fixed term position available from as soon as possible at the beginning of the 2026-2027 academic year until 4th June 2027. You will be working 31 hours and 40 minutes per week during term time. Working hours are Monday and Friday, 8.45am-3.15pm, and Tuesday - Thursday 8.45am-3.45pm The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate about supporting learning and building positive relationships with children with a range of needs, and have the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience to do so. You will work under the guidance of our SENDCo and teaching staff to implement and oversee agreed learning activities with individual and small groups of students, in or out of the classroom. This may involve assisting in the planning, preparation and delivery of the learning activities, as well as monitoring students, assessing, recording and reporting on achievement, progress and development, under the direction of the class teacher. You will need to be able to work collaboratively and flexibly and build good relationships with staff and key parents, demonstrating a respectful and caring attitude towards everyone in school. Experience of working with children in a school environment and having the appropriate literacy and numeracy skills to support students are essential. Any experience of supporting students with emotional and social needs would be an advantage.
